Appointment Policy
Missed appointments and short notice cancellations impact the business, and service offerings.

Whilst we remain as flexible as possible, missed appointments are costly to the business, and need to be avoided. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that no less than 24 hours notice is given, to allow us to offer your appointment slot to somebody else.

​Cancellation must be made with at least 24 hours notice - there will be no action, and a new appointment will be offered.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments - a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
